My wife has "inched" toward telling a friend about her "ways of getting me to do things" a couple of times. I'm not too comfortable with divulging this information and she's stopped short but I suspect that sometime in the future, she'll mention it in a subtle way. A month or two ago they had the opportunity to meet each other. Reading Dev’s blog I got the impression that they were like any other couple’s that are together. She said they talked about anything and everything and occasionally chastity.

There are times when LRC and I are with another couple and something will be said by the other couple and LRC and I will look at each other. Later we might talk about this and we almost always start by saying “When Jane/John said…. I wanted to say….” In Bev’s blog it seemed that they could joke and talk about thing as they wanted and not think twice before certain comments were made.

If she never tells, it's one of those "dark secrets" between couples - probably right up there with the credit card debt, and her thoughts on what the neighbors are wearing...one of those things "just not talked about" in open.
Now, she might tell a friend, but keep it quiet, or keep it from you. You'll never know. But to tell you she's going to share the secret - well, she's crossing a bridge of comfort, and willing to get past the odd questions and the shock value of it all.
