New to the forum

Post by Jedi »

Hello all,

I am new to this group and (sorta) to true male chastity. After reading Sarah Jameson's "Be Careful What You Wish For" and providing it to my wife, last night, I am looking forward to many days/weeks/months/err... years :o without control over my own orgasms. I currently have a CB-3000 that will be used for a while, to make sure that this life style works for both my wife and I.

Oh, the "sorta" is because we did try this once before, and it worked off and on for about 6 months, but our level of intimacy wasn't where it should have been, so it was more like enforced celibacy than chastity (no teasing).

That is one of the more difficult obstacles to overcome. On your end, you have to give up some of the fantasies of cruel mistress leather domination, and allow her to move at her own pace. You may also have to realize that what you want and what *she* wants don't mesh, and be mentally (and emotionally) prepared to work with what you have.

On her end, it means that she needs to adopt a GGG attitude, and to make an effort to be more intimate with you.

And the both of you need to realize that simply locking some plastic/steel/titanium on your junk will not autmagically fix your intimacy issues.

Welcome. We're here to help.

Thank you for the welcome Tom and Atone.

As to the obstacle of misguided expectations and fantasies, the first try started out well... in fact she kept me locked and teased for 2 months, then told me the only way I would be let out is to get a vasectomy (we already intended to do this as we were done with kids, but being the usual guy, I wasn't in a big rush to have someone cut at my privates!)... After that the recovery from that, we played for a little longer, but then she started to have severe depression issues that shut our intimate life down. That is when we should have stopped playing, but instead I was (by my choice) left in chastity with no intimacy associated to it. I don't begrudge the previous experiment, but we both needed to do some growth, recovery, and learning before trying again.

Now if I could just find the titanium device.... oh how evil and nice at the same time!

Gerecke makes them.

BTW, titanium is *not* uncuttable. It machines pretty much the same as the 316 series stainless steel used in other devices, although it's much more difficult to bend and shape. It is, however, half the weight, which makes it attractive for longer-term wear. Unfortunately, it won't buff out to a mirror finish like the stainless devices - which is one reason that some of them look so ho - it has more of a white tone to it, a bit like aluminum.

I always thought titanium was more brittle than steel. Is that true?

Welcome Jedi,

Try and encourage your wife to read this forum so she gets "both sides" of chastity. Sarah's stuff tends to be just sexually focused, there are many more benefits to chastity and if your wife has been through a period of depression, banging on (pun intended) about swinging from the chandeliers might not be the best approach.

As with all metals, it depends on the composition of the alloy. Pure titanium will become brittle at "higher" temperatures, but the right alloy withstands the stresses of jet engines (turbine blades are made from titanium).

Rodenstock in Germany (among others) makes spectacle frames from titanium that are totaly flexible. you can take off your "glasses", fold them into a lump, put them into your pant pocket, and when you take them out, they snap back into their original shape.

As soon as my titanium Desire arrives, I'll provide y'all with a review.
