Risk of damage from male chastity or Is it unbreakable?

Is a penis virtually indestructible.

People getting into this start with a bit of trepidation and that's understandable.
Especially when, like most keyholders, you don't have a penis.

We are shoving our cocks through things and cramping them into other things for long periods of time.

They go a bit blue when hard, purple sometimes. They have patterns from the bars when taken out.
We shove things up them and allow them to bulge inside us when restrained.
Kicked, smacked, caned, sucked, edged raw.. This list goes on.

God knows what else we do to those things..

And they just keep bouncing back.

The only pain I get is from occasionally nipping the skin when putting the cage on.

Otherwise never a problem no matter how hard I (or C) try to abuse it.

I read articles explaining what qualified doctors suggest will happen and it's obvious they have no idea. All the advice is incorrect.
In the case of a urethral tube even the veterans on this forum seemed to be completely misled by all of the Suposed issues they give.

Things can look scary and alarming to new keyholders new detainees.

How difficult is it to damage a penis by practising chastity if you're not a complete moron hell bent on damaging it?

Let's set the record straight.

I say a penis is virtually indestructible and there are little to no risks other than discomfort and If damaged during chastity play they recover fully.

What say you?

Doctors will say to avoid chastity in case they get sued by someone who does it badly. Short of trying to weld the cage shut I'd say you are right.

There are a lot worse things that can happen to a penis than “protecting” it in a cage or tube !

I know the penis can be hurt / fractured. However, if I didn’t hurt it back in my younger days of pushing it’s limits, then I have my doubts chastity is going to do anything more than cause a little occasional discomfort.

Not to mention the payoff of chastity is more rewarding. What irony.

Reading this topic, it reminded me about 2 rules at work. I work in a hot environment where there are several pinch points and numerous ways to hurt you hands and fingers.

Rule 1: Don’t your hands in placers were you would not put your penis. Yes, I know a guy who put his finger in an industrial fan and pulled a stub finger.

Rule 2: Protect your two girlfriends (hands). They cannot love you if they are injured.

Yes, the company does provide with a type of cage. Cut resistant gloves. I emphasize’Cut resistant’. At my old job, had an employee cut his hand and the bitched that he cut his hand with cut proof gloves. After medical treatment to his hand and filling out an incident report, I handed him a new pair of gloves. Showed him where it stated cut resistant and showed the type of knife blade, extra heavy duty, used at the facility. Then told him to take care of his girlfriends. It is the only two you have.

Yes, it IS possible to fracture a penis. From the Mayo Clinic: "The penis becomes firm during an erection when two spongy tubes on the top side of the penis fill with blood. Those tubes are called the corpora cavernosa. When the tubes fill with blood, their tough outer lining, called the tunica albuginea, stretches. If an erect penis is bent suddenly or with force, the trauma can tear the tunica albuginea of one or both tubes. That can cause a penis fracture."

Once you understand the penis is basically a sponge being filled with blood, it is easier to think about possible issues with chastity. Compressing that sponge inside a metal tube will probably not cause any injury. (or cause permanent shrinkage as the sponge is just compressed).

However, Restricting blood flow anywhere will cause injury. When using ball trap devices, the balls are held away from the body in an unnatural position, making them more likely to be hit or injured. So, you want to be careful with it!

One issue I had that I have never seen discussed is damage to the urethra. I have a urinary stricture. It is scar tissue in the urethra that blocks urine flow and causes the inability to empty my bladder completely. The fix is they go in with a laser and clean out the scar tissue. Unfortunately, the process can cause more scar tissue to build up. So, a large percentage have to have it repeated. I have had the procedure once, and I am putting it off, but I need it done again. My public explanation is that I blamed it on a motorcycle accident. I have never told a doctor that the location of the scar tissue lines up exactly where the lower portion of the ring of a CD sits. Of course, I've been doing this for a while. Long before all of the modern devices were available... Maybe modern devices make this less of a problem. But, if you HIT the tube and push it back, it can cause the ring to compress the urethra.

So, the original post asked about the penis specifically. I would say that the penis itself is probably going to be fine protected inside its metal armor. However, it IS possible to cause permanent damage. But, as others have said, play smart, and you should be fine.

I have occasionally wondered why the sex toy called the Crimper doesn't cause a penis fracture. I suspect it's because it must be put in place before the penis becomes erect?
