I don't think about the interted version. We don't like it, but I understand the idea.

I think the idea of infection from steel urethrals was made up like most of the stuff you read online.
I've done a seperate blog on here in the cages section about the whole going over to urethral "transition to urethral" I think.
My view after 18 months 24/7 is "I couldn't be without it". I don't detach it ever, it's held in place with a lock nut.
There are different types. I only found one type that was really good and a cage to go with it that was surprisingly cheap as well as decent.
