Reducing the cage size, effects on me

Over the course of this year, I have been gradually reducing the length of my cage. I'm wearing a cherry keeper.
I started with the Small. Length from back of ring to internal tip about 2.25 inches. As I wrote here earlier, I really enjoyed erections in this cage. Just enough room to get partially erect, and the head of my penis nicely engorged. It really felt good pressing up against the cage. I guess I should add that erections will pull the ring about an inch from my body. I'm average sized, 5.5 to 6 inches erect.

Of course, I am a bit of a masochist, so I went down to the short. Effective length about 1.75 inches. Erections still tried to occur, balls being pulled on etc., no longer any nice feelings to the head of my penis.

I've always wanted as short a cage as possible, so November 1, I went to the stub. Effective length about 1.5 inches. What took me a week or so to realize, Attempts at an erection have basically stopped. I get a little "chub" in the morning, but no pulling my balls off. If I look at porn or think sexy things, again, a little chub, but no real attempt at an erection. After almost 2 months of denial, I should be ready to go at the drop of a hat. Now my wife can get a stronger reaction, but it's as if my body has learned not to try.

Not sure how I feel about this, but I've ordered the Micro cage for another .25 inch reduction. So, I guess my kink is not satisfied yet. I still want the smallest cage possible, except for the innie, I think that's a bridge my rational mind will prevent me from crossing. YMMV, I'm in my mid 60's and on various medications. All of that does make a difference.

Keep in mind that any device's total length equals the cage length plus the "gap", usually 3/8's to 1/2 inch, plus the base ring, at least 1/8 inch but often much wider.

My husband and I play long-term, and as many of you know, long term play does cause temporary shrinkage. In the series of our play, we have a series of smaller cages that we cycle through, although it interestingly isn’t always a linear progression.

While my interest in chastity is purely the control and power dynamic that it brings to the relationship (as well as the fact that he is now more comfortable mentally and physically while caged than he is not-caged), my husband has a kink related to SPH.

I have found that the micro (just cage is about 14mm) is the most comfortable for me. I never like having extra room in the cage, made it to difficult to go pee. The micro always keeps my tip pressed into the tip of the cage. No pinches or anything like that either. It’s just more comfortable.

Well I've worn the micro cage now for 24 hours. So far I love it. Maybe I'm just happy to be caged again after a month, AND she offered it. That's a first. I find it very comfortable, and I love looking down and seeing that my balls extend further than my penis. One thing I've noticed, the skin of my penis will slide forward and occlude the tip of my penis, almost like having a foreskin. So I have to be sure to peel the skin back before peeing. That also means hygiene will have to be a concern. As expected, night time/morning erections were not an issue, they just didn't happen. With the stub, I could, very carefully, pee at a urinal. With the micro, my penis does not extend far enough for this to be possible.

For whatever reason, I originally decided to go with a double ring, which increases the total length of the device by about .25 inches. So if I want to, I could further decrease the overall length by going to a single ring. Will I do it? Are you kidding, I've already pulled up 3 options. I'm really liking the visual of me in the micro, there is no doubt I'll go as small as possible, except for the innie.

Lately I've been wearing a 1.5inch cage and tomorrow my new one should arrive which is 0.75inches long, can't wait to try it and see the difference. Normally I'm 3.5 inches flaccid so even the current cage is a nice close fit, I love the fact that my penis is permanently pressed against the end.
