Took my twenty-something daughter out to dinner Friday night. Had great conversation with her. Waiter was crap. I ordered an appetizer and when we were ready to order main course, he looked at me first. I was trained that a woman places her order first and the the man second. I looked at my daughter and she started giving the waiter her order. I also made sure that the waiter placed her food on the table first.
A couple on a date next to us. The woman checked her phone several times and sent some text messages. My daughter would chew me out and charge me a dollar if I pulled my phone out. She does not believe i using your phone while eating. I am so proud of her.
