Which key holder to choose

Post by krikke82 »

I was wondering which key holder you would choose to achieve a particular goal. I would do it to lose weight. I'm single.
- Am I looking for a friend to tell this to and ask him/her to keep the key?
- Do I ask a brother or sister to help me with this? I find family in itself terrifying to do this.
- Are there any experiences with finding someone through a site like fetlife?

Which gender would be strict in keeping the key or would it make no difference?

Online key holder services is not the plan anyway because this doesn't work, just like keeping keys in a bottle of water in the freezer. Really not having him anymore is clearly a better way.

If you are looking for someone to hold onto your keys so you can unlock for sex or masturbation once some goal is reached, then you are asking for a sexual service. A paid, online keyholder is the ethical choice.

You can also send the key free of charge to Santa Claus at the North Pole .
And hope that you have always been kind, so that you will get him back one day.

@Tom Allen An online service is not kind of thing actually. More a fysical person.

@waki86 Yeah, that would be funny but I like more in person meet someone to keep the key

Fetlife is ok for finding local kinky people, munches and to make friends. If you're lucky with those in person friends you could find someone to hold your key.

Other than that... If you have a friend willing you could go there. I don't know that gender makes a difference on strictness. I think that comes with experience and knowledge and how sadistic they might be haha 😍

Anyway... Building a foundation and communicating with someone before handing them the key is the path you should get started on.

If you only want to be locked / unlocked to achieve a goal, then why do you need a physical person? If you have to tell a friend "I want you to hold this key for the next month until I lose a kilo" and if you have to explain what the key is for then you are asking for a sexual service. That puts your friend in a very weird position.

An online keyholder would ask for your keys and then send them to you when you meet your goal.

I agree with Tom that there are ethical issues.

You could ask a friend to be a keyholder with full explanation of the circumstances and of your kink. If they were up for it this would be consensual and ok, but it would change the friendship dynamic permanently.

There is a possibility though that they would not be up for it, and could be offended by your request and/or the kink. Once shared, this cannot be unshared. They might easily decide this would be a juicy bit of gossip to share among your friendship circle.

You might get away by giving your friend a bunch of keys with the explanation that you fear losing house/car keys and they'd be doing you a favour keeping spares, and slip your cage key onto the ring. You could then ask for them back on reaching your goal.

I'm part-feminised in a Female-Led Relationship. I wear nail polish in public and was happy to find it was no big deal either to my friends or when out and about. Friends suspect I'm becoming honest about being non-binary, which I'm good with as a cover for the truth. But I would not share my chastity kink with them. It could be of course that they're not vanilla and we're all secretly into the same thing/other stuff - but I'll let someone else blurt it out first.
