Wow... When I was doing online keyholding (I physically had their keys sent to me) and I was very involved with my boys the average was $50/mo but even that was their choice. Obviously the more the "tip" the more involved I would become.

thanks for the replies - especially the chaster idea, which I didn't know existed. there are women KHs on chaster that will do this for free, or less than $200, but they aren't providing a fitness routine or doing vidcall checkins like MissFit does for $200 (which is fine).
