Ball stretching in chastity?

Has anyone found a way to do this?
My scrotum usually likes to shrink and ride up high in to my cage. I'd love to have lower hanging balls and think it would be much more comfortable while I'm caged up. I've read about ways to do this, but am unsure of how to go about it while I'm caged up. Has anyone ever done this while locked or know of a way to do it? Thanks!
