Does anyone have underwear that is made for cages. I wear a metal one and though i do enjoy the weight to it. When i worked my first shift with it, it kept jostling around and I was wonder besides a tighter fitting underwear if there was something that supported it and helped keep it in place.

There is a lot of male underwear made with a pouch in front that works well with cages.

This has been discussed extensively. A quick forum search shows 800+ posts on underwear.

I bought this and are amazing, the HT V3 fits like a glove in the pouch! There are briefs with pouch and more revealing models too.

I wear “Isnowood” compression underwear from Amazon, I work a physically demanding job and they absolutely keep my steel cage in place

ikingsky (a brand you can find on Amazon) sells alot of "sexy" male underwear for a reasonable price, and it holds the package in place for me. If you want something better or more custom, try etsy--there's alot on there.

I wear Uniqlo AIRism underwear. It provides modest support but also uses a synthetic fabric that wicks out all the moisture quickly to keep things dry and cool. Works well in humid environments. (We're in Japan, where Uniqlo is based, so prices here are about 10% cheaper than the U.S.)

These personally are amazing. If you want more of a boxer brief with a pouch these are perfect. Ive ordered different kinds with pouches and had to return them. The David Archy ones are what I prefer.
