I updated my original post to reflect that I am once again locked up 24/7 due to my wife's desire to control me via my orgasms when she realized I could jerk off easily if I wanted to. I cannot jerk off when locked because after 10 years of 24/7 lockup it takes me a very long time to cum when I jerk off unlocked. My Wife can bring me to orgasm much quicker. My prostate is enlarged and I asked if refraining from orgasms was a good idea and he said not as that can cause enlargement. So the difference this time is I will orgasm every week if I am good. If not, my wife will skip a week or more until I modify my behavior.
