Urethra inserts, if they go past the A-ring are effective in making it very difficult to pull your cock out of the back of the device BUT they (in my view) come with the very real danger of UTI and are (again my view) only useful really for short term play rather than long term. i am locked 24/7/365 and there’s absolutely no way a urethral insert could become part of the deal.
