Hard to fit me

Hello! Newby here.. I have owned several chastity devices over the years... Including a custom and expensive stainless steel model...
My issue is, I have had two surgeries on my testicles.. My right one generally stays up inside me now, it can be coaxed out, but not far, and seems like in order to get it to stay down, I have to get one so tight, that further damage is imminent.
The stainless one I ordered, is held on by a pin that goes up through the bottom of the cage, through my PA hole and locks with a screw..
Great idea, but this thing is HEAVY! 205 Grams, or a little over 7 oz. Also I am a grower.. so when limp, there is lots of extra cage room, and the only real way to keep it on, is wearing a jock strap over it.. Not so comfy...
I would love a cage that secured via the pa hole, and was light enough to wear around, and tight enough to prevent any erections without permission..
