Newbie to site and chastity

Hi, I’m a straight now widowed 70yr old who has been deep sounding for several years now ,and fortunately/unfortunately after sounding I always finish if of with masturbation but after been diagnosed with angina I need to limit this so after check various sights I found this one and thought any recommendations of equipment reqd ,I like the idea of posting a key back to my self ,at least that would limit my pleasures ,I’m looking at a belt fitted with a urethra tube to satisfy my pleasures on sounding but not sure on sizing any help appreciate thanks
