I tried to do a forum search and got 31 pages of posts with 'contract' in them. Unfortunately I couldn't get anything beyond page 1 to load.

I am wondering how many have formal, written contracts or agreements detailing the terms of your chastity with your keyholders? How are they working out? Have they been modified since they were first signed?

I have seen a few on line but the ones I read go way beyond what we are comfortable with. For those that have them, how detailed are things like responsibilities of each party, rules, chores, punishments, etc. spelled out? I don't want things to reach the point of not being flexible but Kitten wants some kind of guidelines put in writing.

I copied and saved one posted by look02 but I would like to see some of the others that are in force.

I swear we wrote something on the blog about ours and I could have swore I even posted a copy of how ours was.

In the beginning, yes we had a contract or agreement. What was ok and not ok and what was a yes, no or maybe. It wasn't just about chastity it was about our lifestyle. Rules, of sorts, and punishments and guidelines... something to show what I would do as a keyholder and what he would do as a submissive husband in chastity.

Wee revisited monthly, to make any changes, for about 3 months and then we revisited again after 3 months and that's when I'm pretty sure we stopped using it because it was just life.

Way, way back I wrote one that was very detailed, I don't think that Mrs. Twisted read much of it if she read it at all. Mostly she just does what she wants but she isn't very aware of what/how much she *could* do, and sometimes seems 'lost'.

I also wrote a list of 'hard limits' (very few), with the specification that any activity not on that list was, by default, available for her. I'm not sure that she remembers that one either. I'm still trying to figure out how to come up with something.

If K *wants* 'guidelines', then I think that's a good thing. Maybe start with a 'lite' version and add more detail as you go along?

I'm in a bit of an unusual situation in that my keyholder is a best friend of my wife and I. Partly as a result of this, we have always had guidelines and rules, but as others have noted, these tend to evolve and change as life evolves and changes. Recently we got a solid sense of where we want things to go, and what works with all of us (there's a 4th, but it's too complicated to get into) and signed a set contract. One big change over the last couple of years is that we generally switched away from rules and penalties (She does what she wants anyhow) and went the route of behaviour modification. Not having constant time together means that we don't want that time spent punishing, and checking for infractions. I'm for serving and massage, and generally being her helper, not for wasting time being punished. In the beginning, we reduced, and restricted masturbation, which I confessed I found to be an empty experience, as both she and my wife had no interest in being part of that habit. I felt like a smoker, addicted to having a cigarette, rather than really enjoying the experience. In the end, we focused on the shame of masturbating, and broke the habit through behaviour modification. At that point, we all agreed that I'd be kept fully chaste and also locked at all times, while at home, where I also work.

The contract is not your typical list of infractions and punishments, but rather an agreement of what my role is to my keyholder (Who is a queer, female sadist) and to my wife (who likes me chaste, but isn't into enforcing rules on me), and what I have agreed to. It's much more of a "this is your lot in life, for one year" document, that is more about our commitment to each other as friends as well as the kinky aspect. Given her dislike of needy subs and topping from the bottom, it works for her too....The traditional menu of punishments tends to be more for the benefit of the bottom, than the Top/keyholder as often as not. In exchange for taking over my chastity, she gets to inflict evil things on me when and how she wants, when we are on our own time together, rather than being tied to a set menu of infractions. Her motivations are suffering, and not sex, so the contract helps define that balance. OK..I'm rambling at this point, but that's the gist of it!!!

Thing about a contract is it cannot of course be legally enforceable. So no point in pretending that it can. However it can demonstrate consent in situations for which consent is needed. Some nine years ago I did a draft for Chastity Mansion with this in mind and the link is below. It is a thread for contracts generally but mine was #13 on the first page. MALE CHASTITY CONTRACT

REASONING

It is acknowledged that masturbation and unauthorized sexual activity such as viewing pornography by a male is detrimental to a healthy, satisfying relationship. Therefore it is agreed that it has become necessary to enter into the following contract for enforced male chastity.

DEFINITIONS

CHASTITY DEVICE

Any lockable device designed for continuous wear to prevent masturbation, infidelity, or sexual intercourse, and to control sexual urges.

CHASTE MALE

The individual who will wear the device, hereafter referred to as KBT. By accepting the terms of this contract KBT concedes absolute control of his sexual organs and services to the KEYHOLDER.

KEYHOLDER

The individual who will hold the key(s) of the device(s), hereafter referred to as KITTEN. By the terms of this contract, KITTEN is granted absolute control over, and use of, KBT's sexual organs and services.

TERM OF CONTRACT

This contract shall be in force for a period of one (1) year from the date signed. The contract may be terminated early only by KITTEN. At the end of the first year KITTEN may terminate or extend the contract, with or without revisions, for a period to be set by her. The extension may be for any period of her choosing including indefinite. This contract will be reviewed weekly, each Sunday, for the first three (3) months and on the first Sunday of each month thereafter. Revisions may be discussed by both parties, however, the final decision on any changes is at KITTEN's discretion .

DEVICE

KBT agrees to procure and wear the chastity device of KITTEN's choosing. The responsibility and privilege of installing and removing the device rests solely with KITTEN. KBT is forbidden to handle the device except for emergencies, or as directed by KITTEN. KBT is permitted to adjust the device and genitals as necessary, without unlocking the device.

KEYS

KITTEN will retain control of all keys and locks to devices. She will carry one key to the currently worn device on her person at all times. The key will normally be worn on a chain around her neck both for security and to serve as a reminder to KBT that his genitals belong to KITTEN.

A key will be made available for KBT to use in an emergency when KITTEN is not available to unlock the device. Any use of the emergency key will be reported to KITTEN as soon as possible, detailing the reason for its use. Any attempted pleasurable or sexual contact during required periods of self release will be cause for punishment as determined by KITTEN.

Should KBT find the key to any device unsecured he will immediately return it to KITTEN's control, reporting to her where it was found.

RESPONSIBILITIES

HYGIENE AND HEALTH

Hygiene and health are the joint responsibility of both parties.

KITTEN will inspect the device and KBT's genitals daily for injury or potential problems caused by the device. If problems are discovered it will be KITTEN's decision as to the required actions including, but not limited to, the application of lotions and creams or the removal of the device to allow healing. Should removal of the device be necessary, KBT is strictly forbidden any touching of the genitals for pleasure.

KBT will report any soreness or pain caused by the device. This does not include discomfort or pain resulting from the device being pulled by an attempted erection.

KBT will be responsible, under direction and supervision by KITTEN, for keeping the device in a clean and sanitary condition. KITTEN should remove the device at least once weekly for a thorough cleaning of the device and the genitals. KBT may shower during this cleaning release period and will remove hair from the genital area as directed by KITTEN at that time. KITTEN may, if she desires, monitor and supervise the showering and shaving without argument or complaint from KBT.

MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS

The removal of the device may be permitted as deemed necessary by KITTEN for medical appointments. Absolutely NO sexual release or activity will be permitted during these periods. KBT agrees to present himself to KITTEN as soon as practical after the appointment to allow her to reinstall the device. In the event that KITTEN cannot accompany KBT to an out of town medical appointment she may direct him to remove the device prior to the appointment and reinstall it immediately upon conclusion of the appointment. In such cases KBT will contact KITTEN using Google Duo to allow her to monitor the device being removed and reinstalled.

RELEASE AND SEXUAL ACTIVITY

Release from the device and all sexual activity, with or without release, is at the convenience and pleasure of KITTEN. No predetermined release dates are scheduled and KBT will not ask or beg for release except for medical/safety reasons.

KBT understands and agrees that he is to provide sexual services to KITTEN as she requires and dictates. Her pleasure and satisfaction are to be considered first and foremost. Methods for her satisfaction may include the use of his hands, oral stimulation, PIV sex, and the use of 'toys' such as vibrators, strap on harnesses, or other devices as she desires.

It is understood that release from chastity for PIV sex is only to happen when wanted by KITTEN and may or may not include permission for KBT to achieve orgasm.

For her amusement KITTEN may decide to tease KBT at any time with or without release. KBT agrees that he may be restrained during these times. Denial of his climax is KITTEN's right at all times.

Any unauthorized climax by KBT, intentional or not, is a punishable offense and must be confessed to KITTEN immediately.

CHORES

KBT is to perform the following chores as outlined without question, argument, or reminders. Other tasks assigned by KITTEN will be carried out in the same manner. Failure or refusal to do so will result in punishment.

1. Morning coffee will be prepared for KITTEN as soon as she awakens. Should KITTEN arise first and does not chose to awaken him, KBT will immediately inquire to her need for coffee when he wakes up.

2. KBT will make the bed after both he and KITTEN are up for the day.

3. Keep the dishes washed and kitchen counters/stove clean.

4. The seat and upper rim of the toilet in KITTEN's bathroom will be cleaned daily. The bowl will be brushed out as needed and properly sanitized at least once a week.

5. Carpeted areas will be vacuumed at least once a week with furniture being moved and cleaned under as needed.

6. Furniture will be dusted at least weekly.

7. The kitchen will be swept daily and all bare floor areas will be swept and mopped at least weekly.

8. Laundry will be done as needed by KBT with assistance/supervision from KITTEN when delicates or dry cleaning are involved.

9. KBT will be responsible for maintaining the joint finances and paying the bills.

10. KBT will immediately assist KITTEN in performing any tasks or chores she requests help with.

11. At KITTEN's discretion, all chores will be performed naked, when possible. KBT may also be required to wear the apron and/or underwear of KITTEN's choice while performing chores.

BEHAVIOR

Whenever KITTEN or KBT are talking the other is to listen, pay attention, and respond so the speaker knows he/she was heard.

KBT is expected to always treat KITTEN with the respect she deserves as his wife. This includes not raising his voice to her. KITTEN will give the same respect to KBT. A simple reminder should suffice from either side.

KBT is to control his emotions at all times. Temper tantrums WILL NOT be tolerated.

Behavior problems on the part of KBT will result in punishment.

PUNISHMENT

The methods used for punishment may include, but are not limited to, paddles, cat o' nine tails, hair brushes, and restraints. The method and severity of punishment for any infraction is to be determined by KITTEN with the following limits. KITTEN agrees not to use belts, canes, crops or other devices for corporal punishment that pose the risk of causing welts or permanent damage.

KBT agrees to accept, without argument, any punishment deemed necessary by KITTEN for unacceptable behavior, topping from the bottom, or for any infractions of the rules and terms of this contract.
