Some family know about mine, my sister in law has a spare key, a couple of very close friends, but other than that, as far as I'm aware no-one else knows.

Just my wife. She has not even told her best friend who used to have sex with us occasionally. I would have thought she would tell her, since she is very kinky. My wife does not like to talk about sex with me so she is not going to talk about it to others.

My wife goes away a few times a year, after the OK from my wife I asked my SIL if she would keep hold of the spare key in case of emergency.

My Wife/KH. My best friend (other than my KH) knows, and my KH knows that he knows. KH has suggested to me that he and his wife might benefit from MC. I think so too.

One other mutual female friend knew I was considering broaching the question to my wife 2 yrs ago. I ran it by her to get her input on just how to approach my wife. She has since moved away and does not know we practice MC and my KH does not know that she knew of the pending question.
