I have experience an injury. The cage I was wearing allowed my penis to point upwards, so I would end up peeing out of the top of the cage and not the pee hole. I decided to wear it anyway over night. During the night time errections, my penis ended up pointing towards the top of the cage during the night time errections. Woke up it looked a little bruised. Over time I noticed a hard spot inside my penis where it was bent upwards and a slight bend to the left. The moral of the story make sure you have a cage the fits and aligns with the pee hole all the time.
