Considering the number of devices that have been sold in the last 15 years by CB-X alone, plus the number of other manufacturers that have spring up to make both low end and high end devices, plus all the Chinese devices that have been hitting the market, I'd say the chances are pretty good that you're going to bump into somebody who is wearing one.

Except that you'll never know.
