Penis Shrinkage and Atrophy

Hi All
Apologies if this has already been dealt with. My KH wife wants us to move from part time to full time contracted device wearing. I have read many conflicting accounts of whether permanent lock up can cause some amount of penis shrinkage, whether it lasts ,how long it lasts for and whether any lifetime side effects are encountered. Some shrinkage is one of the aims of my KH as i have a large penis and she basically struggles to fit it in. I find the idea of enforced shrinkage very appealing as well.
Anyone have any firm facts for us to digest?

I had discussed health issues of long-term lockup with my urinologist, and he confirmed what I found from my online research: there just is insufficient research on the subject at the moment, so until some university or other decides to conduct long-term research on it, we are left with only anecdotal evidence which suggests so far there are no long-term side effects. My GP confirmed the same.

Unfortunately, what I typed above also means it will probably not shrink your penis. Sorry. From my personal experience, though it has not made my penis bigger, it seems to have made my erections more intense during sex. Is it bigger, I am not sure. I never measured. By more intense I just mean firmer.

There has been a time or two here that someone made the claim that permanent shrinkage would occur, but I don't think that the vast majority of us who participate here have experienced such a thing in reality. My own personal experience is that after a period of time (1-2 months) where full erections are not permitted, the skin of the penis loses some elasticity, and a subsequently permitted full erection is very 'tight' and the skin is easily chafed. However, after a couple of days of freedom and unrestrained erections, everything goes back to normal. A full erection allowed every week or two seems to prevent the occurrence entirely. YMMV.

Thanks for the replies, I believe most of the information and opinions out there are virtually all anecdotal except for serious forums such as this. There certainly seems to be no firm (!) medical facts about either shrinkage or ED, which may be desired side effects for serious disciples of our creed. Please do keep the info coming, my KH is very intent on establishing the truth, especially if it means reduction can be part of our punishment and control regime/

No good info on this. Personally, my penis turtles most of the time I am locked up which is 24/7 for all practical reasons. I take Viagra when my wife was me to whether to cum or to just tease better. Without it my penis tends to stay small for about two days after I am unlocked, then returns to normal but it gets harder and harder to get hard the longer I go without an orgasm.

What I also notice was that after 5 or 6 weeks without a full orgasm, if it were not for her teasing, I would not feel like even having an orgasm. I start to lose interest not in sex, but in having an orgasm. My mind tells me that an hour of edging twice a week when you have not had a good orgasm for a long time, feels a lot better than 5-10 seconds of orgasm and the depression that follows. Right now I am in uncharted waters as I used to cum every 4-5 weeks. My wife will offer me a full orgasm again on Valentine's Day but expects me to say no to show how much I love her. I am hoping that I can feel this way moving forward and put the anxiety ridden panic attacks about not being able to cum, behind me. It has been interesting so far.

Due to the lack of scientific research, anecdotal evidence is the best you will get even from us. Until a conclusive study confirms this, you might want to talk to you doctor about alternative solutions or consider just being gentler during penetration, penetrating only partially, giving her more oral sex, using fingers or smaller dildos, etc.

yes same wtih me my penis got bigger lock
