We had an issue of the mental block kind very early on and he could get hard for a couple days. I have the same effect as many others. Once I am unlocked I can only last maybe 30 seconds without having lidocaine spray on my penis. Most of the time I have to do some quick exercise when she is going to unlock me because I start getting hard before the cage comes off. My experience and my readings seem to indicate that weekly and bi-weekly lock-ups tend to enhance performance and then a lot of men start experiencing performance issues after 1 month+ lock-ups. This is right up my alley as I have tried about a dozen anti depressants for about 15 years and used both Viagra and Cialis for erectile dysfunction. Most anti depressants cause erectile dysfunction and most times even Viagra and Cialis does not work. They did not work for me. Some drugs prevented erections and orgasm and some just prevented orgasms. The sexual side effects were more depressing than my depression.

My doctor switched me to Wellbutrin which usually does not affect sex and in fact, is known as the horny, happy and weight loss anti depressant. It is all of that for me. It makes me extremely horny all the time and my orgasms are so intense that they sometimes hurt. Ask your doctor about that. It changed my life. At one time, my wife and I were both on it and the sex was fantastic. We were both horny as rabbits and the mutual orgasms were great.

Wellbutrin has been great for me and many others. The only side effects other than curbing my appetite, making me feel good and keeping me super horny, is dry mouth and frequent urination. Got to increase fiber intake too but this is much better than what the others do. Google it and you will even find that sometimes doctors add it to an existing medication to try to overcome the sexual dysfunction side effects but it never worked for me until I went on a full dosage of it and stopped taking the other stuff.

Chastity is not going to help you. The antidepressants are the cause of your problem and avoiding sex for a long time is not going to make a difference. I have been through what you are going through for a long time and tried all sorts of combinations of medications with no luck. Even two women working on me for an hour after a week of abstention could not make me hard or cum.

If you want to stay on your current medication, here is what you can do. Stop taking your medication on a Thursday and you will be able to have sex by the weekend. Then go back on your medication. This should only be done every few weeks but is no solution if you do not have a regular sex partner.

Google Wellbutrin and Drug Holiday. I have gone through 5 doctors and 12 different antidepressants and concluded that I rather be depressed than take that awful stuff they were giving me. I take Wellbutrin daily and I feel good, am horny all the time especially since I am locked up all the time and it curbs my appetite. When you have an orgasm on Wellbutrin, it will probably be the most intense you ever felt. My wife stopped taking it because she was spraining muscles when she came. They were so intense, that they hurt.
