I am new to the forum so forgive the newbie comments! Wearing a cock cage may help you keep your (physical) arousal and erection for a longer time.

But be aware that you have reached an age where many men have to pay tribute to the years. Have a talk with your urologist on your next visit, it may be that one of the now available medications is exactly what helps you.

My experience is positive. I'm strictly locked 24x7 for the last 2 years.
I'm released once or twice a week, only for penetrative sex, and locked again immediately after sex.
The intensity and the hardness of my erections have increased in the last 2 years.

If you haven't already, please see your urologist. I think it would help to know more about your experience of ED. How long have you had it? What has worked for you in the past? Do you take medication or use any devices to help you achieve your initial erection, aside from stimulation and fantasy?

I've had ED for several years. This doesn't make me an expert. Just relating my personal experience. I've found that the birdcage device I use does help to have my penis become hard within the confines of the cage. Then, as my shaft pressed more and more against the metal railings, the pressure itself is very stimulating. This is when the T&D becomes very interesting, indeed. Intermittent teasing keeps me bulging through the cage till the it stops or I expire. To some extent it also helps to prevent ejaculation, and, once, prevented mine completely, but not sensation of prolooooonged orgasm.This can be hard on my cock, particularly the urethral meatus, from friction of it pressing against the cage.

thanks, I was at my urologist, and everything is okay. but I'm getting older. I've taken cockrings, and that helped quite good. Now I'm trying what's happening with a cockcage.
