Good Morning All.
I have 2 questions> 1. I am wearing cb6k for about a year. I am wearing the regular cage at night and the 'S' cage during the day. I have a difficult time with the 'S' at night. My erections are too strong and wanted to know if they decrease? 2. I get a small rash under the crown on my penis . Do you know what is the cause or what to do about it?

When it comes to Chastity Devices one size definitely does not fit all. For instance, my experience is the exact opposite of yours. When I wore the CB6K to bed I would have the painful night erections but when I switched to the CB6KS they stopped as everything was held together better.
The rash could be fungal in which case a good athletics foot cream should help. As always, I am not a Doctor and if the condition persists you should see a Doctor.
