I've had people notice the CB6K and even the Steelheart (though the Jail Bird bulge is so small I can't imagine it being visible). I've seen them check out the bulge, so I know it's happening. The most recent was when I was getting my tattoo and a friend from the office went with me. I had to lay in tattoo chair (like a big dentist's chair) and the position I was in combined with the flat front khakis I was wearing made the smooth contours of the Steelheart stand out quite clearly for a few moments before I was able to adjust myself. I saw her eyes look down at it (and it was more than a quick glance), though nothing registered on her face.

The thing is, even if people do dick-check and see an odd bulge, essentially no one will be able to know what it really is. They'll naturally just assume it's all you. The truth is so far removed from most people's worldview that it's hard to imagine getting too worked up about it anymore. That, of course, is more than two year's experience talking. I wasn't so cavalier about it when I was a newbie.

Early on when you weren't so cavalier about it you probably would have not put yourself in that situation either.

I was out over the weekend with my family and unexpectedly got fitted for a suit. I don't generally wear suits (haven't bought one in probably 15 years) but my oldest son needed one for a special event coming up. I agreed to buy him one so off we went. Turns out they were having a special where the second suit was only $100 so I figured why not. I was a little nervous about when the tailor would check the inseam but I went ahead anyway. I was prepared for at least a slight brush or something but nothing happened. I think the funniest thing was I found out this morning that my wife was rather nervous watching the whole ordeal, more so than I was.

This is what I believe, especially for women. We might notice something in there, but just assume it's an erection. Tom Allen (I believe it was Tom) pointed out to me once that erections point up and CDs point down but really, a bulge is a bulge. Look at this picture:

The guy on the left...does that bulge in his pants look like an erection pointing up or a CD pointing down or just a bulge? To me, it's the latter. I suppose erection connoisseurs might have a different opinion, but even if I am a crotch-watching perv, I at least try to be a little discreet! LOL.

If I'm wearing clothes my erections point down, not sure about others, I'm not a pervy crotch watcher :)

You're probably too busy looking at boobs on the ladies. ;) What can I say, I like to look at what entertains me...LOL.

I didn't really "put myself" in that situation. And most of the time, when other similar situations come along, they're similarly unexpected. Sometimes, you do things that make your package a bit more obvious and there's not much you can do about it until afterward. Yeah, sure, I know to avoid certain actions or activities when I want to go stealth, but life throws you some curves from time to time. Like, for example, laying down in a tattooist's chair unexpectedly.

Late to the post, sorry.

One other thing to consider in terms of practicalties is which lock you chose for the device. I can hear my hub's metal lock rattle on occasion. You may not find this anywhere near as amusing as I do :-)

Don't let this put you off as you can always get plastic numbered locks which I do when my hub's away on business. You can get them for an extortionate fee on sex sites or from EBay.
