No... I didn't check it.... I have been locked for over 3 years, absolutely no difference in my penis or its performance for CQ. I have not heard of anyone having proper quantative and qualified data on the subject. I am not sure anyone will... However as we all differ I suppose it is possible someone somewhere will have a story that their penis is smaller as a result of being caged. Here is (one of many) articles on the web that shows as me age their penis will change.. and I would suspect having it caged would make no difference..
