Normally I'm wearing a Horseshoe-ring 6mm thick (a bit more than 3ga) with 8mm balls.
Sometimes I wear my big horseshoe which is 8mm thick (0ga) with 10mm balls. But its very heavy, so not really practically.
I'm very sure I'll wear a 6 or 7mm Segment-ring (like this: LINK ) in my Steelheart when its here. I have one of these in 6x15mm, and without a caliper (is that the right word?) its not possible to oben it. But I think this is to small to be comfortable in the Steelheart. I think a 7x19 would be better. We will see..

I use a Captive Bead Ring with my 4ga titanium jewelry. I can not open the ring by hand, I need to use pliers. When I use the jewelry for chastity with my cb3000, the bead is trapped inside the jewelry, and not exposed. There's no way to remove it.
I think with any chastity device, if it prevents you from getting the pliers around the ring, you're probably going to be secure.

Thats the "american way" to pierce it. With a big tube inserted into the urethra, and then pierced from outside. Here (in Germany) we do it in the other way. But we dont use this big needles made of steel. We use a cannula. A 2mm needle with a thin flexible tube around. And we pierce the from inside the urethra.
Bur both ways are colpletly ok. Bot with pros & cons...
Interesting video. You have to wonder about somebody, however, who wears a tee shirt that says, "Allergic to Stupid People," but can't follow the instruction, "Put your head here." LOL.
