Trying to get the right fit...

Hi, im new to the chastity life... im really enjoying it. Though I ordered my chastity device from Mature Metal, about 2 months ago, wow they really give you great service, replying to every email and paying close attention to your questions. However, even though i measured myself over and over again before ordering the device, im still trying to adjust it. It seems it is pressing underneath my balls, sometimes its fine though. The ring is 1.75" diameter and the cage is 3". When I wear just the ring, its fine, i can actually wear it all day and all week, but when i connect the cage to the ring.. I can wear it for about 12 hours, then I begin to get that red line underneath my balls and starts to cause some discomfort. I ordered more rings from Mature Metal but with the rod welding on top, and 1/4" gap. I love wearing it, feels great.. Im actually beginning to go out with it.
