I think I may actually view more porn when locked. I only tend to look at Tumblr, Flickr, and amateur stuff. My constant arousal when locked keeps me more interested in it if I'm not with my wife. We're on a short chastity break, so I'll have to note my viewing habits the next few days!

danj, I can relate to that. In a sense it makes much more fun when you positively know that watching pictures of your favorite fetishes will not end in a waste of libido, but is just a taste of what's going to come.

A soft-core porn mag came in the post at our office this week. All the men I worked with were in a bunch around it within minutes of it's arrival. I stayed at the desk with the girls listening to them tutting about the men - I'm not even shackled this week!

There may be a correlation between porn and the increase of interest in chastity related cuckold queries. Certainly a few years ago if you went on a sweep for chastity you might have picked up a really badly fitted handcuff tube device in a Roman Video production that was put on for a few minutes to help define which unattractive flabby white man was which before they both ended up taking turns at the lady in question.

Contrast that with 'Madelaine is Wicked' where there the cuckoldery is implied and the focus is much more on the device with it often not coming off as she boasts of her nights exploits and goes on to focus on his humiliation at having to be kept in chastity all the time as his 'pathetic little dick' is 'worthless' (etc ad infinitum).

The latter is much more about the fantasy than the act. It never shows the 'bull' so he remains how the user visualises. It's implication that the device being worn (CBxxxx usually) is part of their lifestyle. This may have led to a certain amount of 'life imitating art' and these people aren't using chastity as a gateway kink but are using it as a bolt-on to their primary kink.

As getting chastity to work mid to long term can be pretty technical it's logical a few of those players will see if there is any others interested in what they like.

I am often a bit out of place in forums like this. While I am tempted to look at porn more when I am locked up, I make a conscious choice to "starve my eyes" for my wife. I even avoid lingering on the avatars of some people here. you would be amazed how sexy your wife is (beyond even normal chastity levels) when you only allow yourself to take sexual pleasure from her form. At the same time many women will appreciate being the only one that turns your head.
