Neither milking nor ruined orgasms seem to help much for me.

Actually, nocturnal erections have been *less* of an issue since the size of the main ring was reduced- it doesn't 'slip' as much. The biggest thing is making sure that the skin of the scrotum isn't bunched or folded, which can cause pinching.

I agree with TwistedMister. Over time I have been able to reduce the size of my base ring.
