I did post a new question but I still got deleted :-)

Umm... If you started an account, but didn't post anything right away, I probably deleted it. We've been getting a few hundred "new members" (i.e., spammers) registering every day, and I tend to scan the list pretty quickly before hitting the kill switch.

Sorry.

Does every post I make to a thread have to be approved by Admin each time?

No it doesn't. It's done the first time to help control spammers. If you haven't looked at them yet, check ANOUNCEMENTS at the top of each topic section when you select them. There's information there for people starting on this forum.

Ok thanks for that, it was just that 4 post I made all were approved before they were seen.
It appears that they are just posted no problem now.

The first three posts have to be approved, then you are unmoderated.

Yes, three is the number of posts to be moderated, and the number of posts to be moderated is three. Four shall not be counted, nor shall two -- excepting of course, that we then proceed to three.

Five is right out.

Seriously, you can't believe what a problem it is to keep the spam messages at bay, so we use 3 to make sure you're a real person. This is because some spammers *pose* as real people for the initial message, with the intention of spamming once they are approved.

Really Tom, How much time per day do you usually spend weeding out the crap and approving the real?
