I know, the name is terrible, but accurate! I LOVE the way the tube is designed - going back through the ring. It contains one's erection perfectly! I'm selling it because I regularly slip a testicle back through. That's a function of my anatomy (due to trauma a few years back), not the ring. I have that problem with other devices too.

The bottom of the tube is modified slightly by cutting it back so it is more anatomically correct. If only I could keep from slipping through the ring! It's their standard model. So the tube overall length is 4". The comparable length (to other cages) is 2.75". Keep in mind the overall length includes the portion that goes back through the ring. That's what makes it so effective and comfortable containing erections.
