Re: Base ring and cage length

...<snip>... which size ring is appropriate for Me? rking27 If you are planning on buying a MM device, order their sizing rings and follow their directions. From what I've read, many people have started with a CB-xxxx device, or something similar, where there are interchangeable base rings (and gap...

Re: Base ring and cage length

I have both a MM QK and a WM; and although we don't practice chastity that much these days, when I do wear, I wear the WM. The QK was the first (MM) device I bought, and I ordered it with a 1 3/4" base ring with a 2" long cage (1 3/8" diameter cage). I bought the WM second-hand, and i...

Re: Chastity and Exercise

I've worn my MM QK and WM running; and have run 5 mi. with no problems. Was wearing snug boxer briefs under everything else.

Re: So, how many devices *do* you have, anyway?

Looks like I'm in the middle of the distribution curve with three devices - two MM devices (QK and WM) and a CB-6000s. Just sold my silicone devices (a birdlocked and a dickcage), so a couple weeks ago, I would have had to answer five.

Re: MM base rings

A couple years ago, I bought a MM QK with two base rings, as I wasn't confident enough with my size measurements to order just the one. Quickly realized that the smaller one (1 3/4") was the better fit, and it wasn't long when I wished I had a smaller ring. A year later (this time last year), I...

Re: Ideal Device

Based on my own experience, I also agree with those recommending the CB-XXXX as a device to start with. I wore my CB-6000s for about four months. It takes awhile to get accustomed to wearing a device long term, and over time, your ring size and spacing requirements will likely evolve (mine certainly...

Re: What was your first CD?

Like many others here (I suspect), the CB-6000s was my first device.

"but you really can only have 2 out of 3 variables (Comfortable, Convenient, Secure) covered at one time."

Yeah, kind of like the project triangle - you can pick only two of: high quality, low cost, and short schedule.

And I think I need to get out more...

Re: CB6K ring size question

I know this has been mentioned in several other threads, but lubrication between the base ring and the wearer's skin is vitally important with the CB- xxxx devices. I found that if I didn't apply adequate lubrication, the result would be excessive pulling/burning sensations - very uncomfortable.

Re: MM Vs Firefighting

I've worn MM devices (QK and WM) and have done many different activities while wearing; however none of which have been done under the same conditions as firefighting such as potential imminent danger, need to move quickly, etc. Some of my past work required me crawling/moving through tight spaces, ...
