Avoid the BON4. We had one, it is quite literally ridiculous. Under clothes it looked enormous. It is a total waste of money in my not so humble opinion. I can't believe we made such a stupid mistake.... Now for all the BON 4 supporters to jon in....?

I think travelling without access to an emergency key is an unnecessary risk. As for airport security, do a search on the top here, this comes up time and again. I also find that a slightly duller razor blade is better too, brand new ones tend to take to much skin surface, once you have shaved if you keep shaved long term you only need to shave a few times a week and your skin will soon get used to it.
