The PA version they sell works for some people. The PA pin bothered my piercing. Also many of them split after time. I use a Steelworxx Looker 03 and have never had any issues. Have ran many times more than 100 days with no release and no problems.

A&D Ointment is the same thing I would recommend and I use also. Even with a custom stainless device it can cause some friction. I find it works well, stays long and also heals any minor issues that happens if you catch a bit of skin while in high activity sports.
