mine looks a bit different. Two locks, with hex key, and two small stabilizing pins around the anchoring point between the ring and cage. Do not know how to upload an image. The image icon does not work.

Get the 5 mm size, and the 01 model. I was pierced at 4 mm, and after several weeks of healing, a 5 mm pin will nicely fit. It will put less pressure on your piercing.
