If you're happy getting the dermatologist to sort it go to them again and this time ask exactly what it is and how to avoid it happening again. Presumably if it was anything threatening they would have told you that the first time.

Yep i had a bit of it in the past too, even part way up the shaft from swelling out the slots in the cage. Never took long to disappear. i’m sure it is some swelling under the skin layer, never got discoloured. my call would be keep an eye on it .... give it a rub ... or get She who must be obeyed t...

i have been using the same Chinese knock off integral lock for over two years with zero issues. In that period we have changed device on a number of occasions but kept with the same integrated lock unit and have all the others as spares. We maintain the lock by applying a drop of oil after each bath...

I thought it (MRI) was only an issue with ferrous metals and medical grade stainless is non-ferrous ? Not that i would be doing it “consciously” !!

Just thinking one test you could do to see if it’s the A-ring size or the gap that’s causing pain is to just wear the A-ring by itself for a while and see what happens !! If that’s fine then it’s the gap that’s the problem.... probably lol.

Couldn’t care less, much rather a chastity device than something lodged where the sun don’t shine !! As you say they’ve seen everything and generally speaking they’re not likely to be messing in the junk area until you’re in really deep trouble !!

So with the HT i think you can increase the gap, if that’s what you want ??? by either taking material off the front of the the A-ring and/or the rear lower portion of the tube (that’s probably easiest). You need to assemble it and have a look at the area. i believe they will be quite easily shaped ...

Are we talking CB or HT ? because they have VERY different systems
