But, seriously, it sounds like your cage's diameter is too big. A properly fit cage (snug when flaccid), will not create lot of pain.

Check out dhgate.com. Just make sure it is stainless steel. They sell some CB steel knockoffs whose rings may fit yours. Also, search for dhgate on this forum for comments about specific ones.

Is this a true CB or a knock off? I had a knock off that had a cutout in the ring that made it impossible to wear for an extended period. I tried filling that with epoxy, which made it better, but my final solution was a metal device with a solid ring.

I had that same cage for a while. It was comfortable enough, but prone to rusting. If this becomes a thing you want to pursue long term, I suggest a custom cage. The difference is night and day.
