Re: Looking for Testers for a New 3D Printed Cage
Just as a fellow tinkerer I like integrating a TPU spacer into my assemblies, the squishy properties of it allows you to pressure fit your joints which prevents gaps and pinching because it flexes and doesn't allow gaps when you have movement it keeps everything tight. I also use it for anti-pullout...

Re: Looking for Testers for a New 3D Printed Cage
I just ordered a supposed semiflexible resin that is less prone to shattering, not sure if it will work for extended wear but might make a good material for prototypes. I may try my more enclosed cage system with it

Re: Looking for Testers for a New 3D Printed Cage
Reading through your posts you are having your university printers do the printing. Makes sense, us tinkerers dont have the resources to buy the high end stuff. I just bit the bullet and purchased an SLA printer to go along with my home built ffm printers, loving the detail I can get with it but the...

Re: Looking for Testers for a New 3D Printed Cage
How much post processing is involved?
It looks like it would require a lot of support material and post production. You say nylon so I am assuming PETG?
What is the locking mechanism?
Just curious

Re: new inescapable chastity without piercing
So I have a variety of 3d printers and can print a variety of materials, I would be very wary of printing anything that goes internally into your penis, as ffm printing is porous and there would be significant hygiene issues and SLA prints from resin are brittle and when they crack you get sharp edg...

Re: Another 3d printing resource
Here is a cherry keeper knock off design, can take a magic lock, but I printed a dummy pin with a lock path, there is something about when my keyholder clicks a lock in place that I really like. I need to design an anti-pullout device for this yet, but turtling is not an issue

Re: Another 3d printing resource
So I broke down and bought an SLA LCD printer I printed the cage and pin with it and the ring and my own design anti-pullout/anti-turtling ring in flexible TPE which has soft skin and doesn't pinch or bind

Re: Another 3d printing resource
So I experimented with TPU filament which is flexible and soft. This is a game changer for me, as I am already wearing a cage with the ring printed in TPU, being soft, I adjusted the thickness where it rides the pin then when I put the cage on the pin and insert the lock it actually squashes the rin...

3d printing and being silly with the cages
So I have been 3dprinting a variety of cages and finally gotten to a good place for my size and comfort. Now I have been playing around with color and embossing them so my keyholder can change out is she likes and send a subtle or not so subtle message at the same time Here is an example 20200511_11...
