temperature changes can cause this as it is fall depending on where you live. Its either that or its all in your head. Chastity is not going to shrink anything significantly unless its been a long time and even then it should return to normal size very quickly.

Personally I would take the ring off. If the ring is too small you can get into trouble and not be able to get it off and worse case scenario a trip to the ER. I used to use lanacane alot. I think constant movement causes it to be absorbed by either your skin or underwear. I know how frustrating that is. I found this stuff to be longer lasting. A little bit goes a long way.

I use an android app called days since. You can set up events with a start date like the first day of lock up and it will let you know how many days it has been. im not sure. I wouldnt think so though. The device has a hole in the bottom the same size as the PA pin. This is probably so the pin doesnt move around much. So a larger pin would not fit in the hole and a smaller pin would move around. Hope that helps.
