One thing you might consider while working on your CAD is if you're getting the anatomical base ring or not? The anatomical ring (B) would have a bend towards your body making the gap (line C) bigger than in your drawing

I got perfect length (Looker03) by taking 5mm off of what I measured as flaccid state. -> Would go for 95mm.
