Have you tried screwing it in from the other side. When I was wearing mine (before switching to Evotion Wearables), it would start to back out from one side, but if I screwed it in from the other I wouldn't back out.

Check Evotion Wearables as well. They are 3D printed and very high quality. The Orion design is very easy to clean, and I've had no issues with metal detectors if that's a concern ( before all this I was on a plane every week). Have been self-locked on/off for several years.

Started with the HT2, then went to a Jailbird from MM, and am now in an Orion from Evotion Wearables (still have the previous ones).

Wish I'd gotten into this earlier.
