I have a custom built CustomChasity Ghost that I find comfortable for extended wear. They make theirs out of surgical nylon which is surprisingly lightweight and comfy. The ring on my cage is round, although the cage itself is oval. I debated on getting an oval ring, but was worried the added diameter would make moving even more difficult. It moving sideways has not been an issue.
