I've been using the shorter cage for a while now and it seems to make a difference when I'm awake. However, I still wake up from painful erections every night. Is this something I'll just need to wait out that'll eventually go away?

Thanks for the suggestion. However, I don't think a shorter cage would be very comfortable, currently I have no spare room so I'm not sure how a shorter cage would help.

So if I understand correctly, I'll need to just deal with the discomfort until my body gets used to this new situation? Furthermore, using more lube (I've been only applying minimal amounts) should also help.
