I do. I am not not real big in the penis department, so I am in a CB6Ks, big my ball sac is big. I get very high and tight in the winter. I generally go down a size in the ring and it seems to work, if I don't, I slip out.

I agree with Wishful4, I would like to add to maybe put a little Aveeno lotion down there. It heals as it moisturizes, and yes the chaffing is normal until your body gets used to it and the skin toughens up.
