[DeltaGeorge] If you like it, Lock it

Post by DeltaGeorge »

Hi folks,
My journey has been interesting to me. Don't really know when it started but I ordered my first cage a couple weeks ago. I had been surfing the web and thought my wife might like the idea of taking control of access to my member.

I found this device (https://www.healthyandactive.com/the-st ... tity-cage/) and ordered it. When it arrived I started playing with it. It needed much work in terms of fit and finish. There were seam lines from the casting process that were sharp so I filed them smooth.

The initial play was everything I imagined it would be. As we played longer and longer I learned that it would fall off after a period of not being aroused. Looking things over I noticed a lot of play between the cage and base ring right where it locks so I drilled out the lock hole and installed a thicker lock.

Back to playing...
Another update soon.

I could get used to this. My wife is loving all the attention I can give her. She wants me wearing it nearly all the time.

Then after sitting at the computer watching non-erotic videos, I stood up to go to the kitchen. NUTLOCK! Can't move without it hurting. Finally, after what was probably only a few seconds the pain is gone. Well driving in this thing is out of the question. A quick inspection revealed that one nut had passed through the gap.
This resulted in two fixes. I now use a string tied tightly as a shim between the base ring and the cage. Also what I call the band-aid fix. I used some band-aids to secure a smaller ring at the inlet to the cage. These two combine to control the gap to a measurement that keeps me secure. However, it is now not waterproof and must be removed prior to showering.

After learning about the nutlock my wife is reluctant to have me wear it, but I can, just not longer that about 12 hours. 14 hours is my record.

Fyi, You can buy the same device on ebay for about $15 -$30. It is likely NOT stainless steel. Use a magnet. If it sticks - it ain't. The chrome coating will likely give you issues with long-term use. There are some fairly good quality cheap stainless steel models and those may help you zero in on the right size. Properly fitted, they are mostly secure and prevent what you described.

The original cage is in the "lessons learned' pile. Still thinking I need a clamp type device this item ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DJ ... =UTF8&th=1 ) made it's way into my shopping cart. It is a third the cost and ten times the device.

It does not have the quality of an MM JailBird but with a little file work and some polishing, it will see some useful service. Test fits are going well, I snuck the key on her key ring last night. Now to see how long I can stay out of her trap.

i would suggest you have a look on DHgate as the best place to buy non custom stainless steel devices. There’s heaps there that have integrated locks, ergonomic A-rings, etc etc and are still reasonably priced and solid stainless (they actually state that). i have been locked in one for well over a year now extremely successfully and other than drop of oil on the lock weekly there’s no care required.

This is the device i am in (without the spikes as i found them impossible to fit).

After a year post covid of “freedom” I am trialing a good old HT V3 nub modified by me to have a glans ring so no pullout. Working well so far.

This weekend turned into a good time to play. Saturday morning she said I didn't need to be free so I put the cage in place and she locked it.

I had been trying to add more surgical tubing to try to eliminate some pinching. Big mistake. The pinching was worse. Within an hour it was too painful and had to be removed. By mid-afternoon, I was back in place and a happy camper.

My current record for continuous wear will pass quietly in the night If she doesn't want me out tonight.

That record passed quietly, The 24-hour milestone is a few minutes away and is easy to just let it pass by. I'll lock my key away until tomorrow evening when regular life will have me for the evening.

She let me out to play. So, I've made it 24 hours and then some.

When putting it back on the next day I noticed an infected spot. It's at the edge of the tube that protects the hinge. That is enough to convince me that I want a solid base ring.

Sizing kit ordered.

Healing.

Friday morning I had to see if it would work. The sore spot is fine. Just the pinch at the edge of the rubber tubing, nothing a little baby oil can't fix.

She clicked the lock before leaving for most of the day. :D

delta george: get a better device, a well fitted cage will not hurt. And agree with slaved that dhgate has some acceptable SS ones under $40. I like the lock on the one he posted but maybe not the spikes!

Happily locked and in long term FLR.
