Just thought you might want to know… last night when I was creating my account, I noticed that it said passwords could be up to 100 characters long. I use a password manager for all my online credentials, so I used it to generate a 30 character password. However when I pasted it into the form, my submission was rejected with just a generic error message (no indication of what field was wrong).
I tried a couple of things with no success, until I generated a shorter password (10 characters). That went through.
I don't know if there was some invalid character in the first one I tried, or if the length was too long for the fields. It kind of looked like one field had fewer characters in it when I backspaced them out, but I'm not sure.
Also I'm on an iPhone if that makes any difference.

Not being sure about that little detail kind of throws a wrench in the works. It doesn't do much good to report an 'error' that 'might' have been caused by incorrect field entry on your end.It kind of looked like one field had fewer characters in it when I backspaced them out, but I'm not sure.
In the world of computers, details, and being precise, are important.
