I always think it's funny when the iPhone people are griping about AT&T, how they don't have any signal, but my AT&T HTC has a good signal and can make calls and we're standing next to one another. Their's does look cool, though. Oh, well - if you're happy with it, have fun.

Short of a Latowski or something that works off a piercing, none of these are escape-proof. I could fish it out if I liked, and it would be a nuisance to get it back in, but there's no way my nuts are going through the gap between the ring and the main section. I asked for this, and trying to prevent determined escape efforts isn't part of the agreement or game for us.

If it is falling off, then I'd tend to think that the gap is probably too large, or the ring is too large. Another reality check is going to be what happens when you get a nocturnal erection. The ring needs to be large enough that you don't need ice to get it back down.
To illustrate, here's what I went through fitting the CB-6000 - was using the largest ring, and it seemed loose. I then went to the next one down, and it was too tight, especially if excited. So I then went back to the larger ring, and dropped the gap down a notch. That turned out to be just right. Because you haven't had the ability to experiment with a CB, what you might want to do is to get him to make you another ring with a shorter gap. Then if it turns out that doesn't work, you can go back to the other. He does say that the sale isn't over until you're happy. I was fortunate that mine was just right out of the box.
Another factor is whether the "tube" portion of it is snug or loose. It should be snug unless you're cold and contracted.
