Another option is shea butter. Available at most organics (whole foods is my local connection). It doesn't dry out, and helps a lot with a small amount on the ring, as well as on the nutsack. I find that I end up with "prison stripes" from the balls being pressed against the bars of the cage. small amount of shea butter is odorless, not greasy, and lasts all day.

Here's an update after a week -

While I have had a lot of practice with the CB 3000/6000, we basically took it out of the box, cleaned it, and put it on. It hasn't been off since. It is very much more comfortable than the CB line on several levels - not using plastic for the 'A' ring means it is smaller and doesn't get in the way. Having the interior be smooth means that the glans doesn't get chafed as it expands and contracts. I also don't need to lubricate anything but the bottom of the 'A' ring, and the bottom of the ring at the base of the cage. Everything being able to get air is very nice.

I had some angst over the length, ended up getting it 3/8" shorter than the CB, and I like it. Keyhldr would like it even smaller, but I'm not sure how that would work.

It is also much, much hotter. Keyhldr can get at things, and do much more delicious teases than before. I find that it causes more trapped erections, which adds to the tease.

While I don't have any experience with his other devices, I'd certainly recommend this one to anyone, and feel like it is probably a good thing even for someone new to this - though the CB line sure does let you experiment with sizes much more easily.

I saw that Thumper had his show up with an easily fixable flaw - he should just send it back to get fixed. Mine showed up with no flaws and really nice craftmanship.

Once it is fixed, you should be happier with it. I think we're over-working him.
