My new Lancelot is arrived!

After two monthts it´s finally here! Absolutely good device.
Madame Duras custom service sucks really poor action.

How is this device working out for you now? I'm really interested in this product, but have heard that it does not always do that well at preventing masturbation. I'd really be interested to hear your thoughts.

Can you also describe the problems with the supplier so others might be forewarned should they decide to buy from these folks?

experience with madame Dura is even worser than worse.

I ordered a lancelot and the delivery was expected within 4-6 weeks.

When I received and heard nothing I tried to contact them over half a year, I sent mails, I tried to call them several times a day, I discovered that they own other websites as well and I tried to call them also.
They never answer the phone. They never reply emails. Because I paid more than 500 Euro's I tried everything to get in contact. And then after more than half a year silence they delivered. Almost 22 weeks late. absolute no service, no contact possible, I thought they went bankrupt or something like that. You feel powerless.

I advise everybody not to buy at Madame Dura.

Sounds terrible. A company to be avoided, thanks for sharing your poor experience with them. I don't know if the same rules apply in the Netherlands, but in the UK if you buy any goods or service over £100.00 on a credit card then credit card company are responsible for refunding your money if there is no delivery, this is down to our Consumer Credit Act that holds the card issuer the resposnible party. So we would be protected, but it would make for an interesting conversation with the credit card company:

" My ball trap chastity device has not been delivered, I want you to refund my money"
"Your what?"
"Here, let me email you the website"
and so on...

Hell I might do it for a laugh....
