Repair help

Post by tiedandup »

So, the cage on my cb6k broke recently. The seam just split open and gave me a pretty nasty pinch. Any tips on how to fix it?

There are several folks that have glued them back together. I'm sure they will chime in with what type of adhesive they used. In addition, recommend you reinforce it with a couple of stout zip ties.

Also, it is guaranteed for 1 year. I don't know from personal experience but have read that they are very good about replacing split cages.

Superglue (cyanoacrylate) of whatever brand should work.
