I started Chastity to stop the Masturbation. I did not want to control or reduce the number of orgasms given to me by my wife. But the more I read here and on other sites the more I thought it would be a good idea. So now I am on orgasm denial by my wife but we try to take the schedule I linked to below as a guidance.

The one recurring theme I read on this forum though is that after an orgasm the mood goes down and it takes up to a week to be "normal" again. Which is exactly why I am now also asking for my orgasms to be controled.

What are your experiences? Do you wait more or less then the days recomended according to your age group. Does she allow you to come more than once after waiting or you go right in to lock up again?

The most respected of the Tao theorist, Sun Simiao, quoted above, recommends ejaculation no more than once every 20 days for men over 50 and no more than once every 100 days for men over 60.

So different ejaculation frequency for different age groups. When you were in your 20ies I am sure you were able to ejaculate twice in one session - however as we get older.....

I don't put much stock in in the maunderings of an ancient Chinese alchemist (Tang Dynasty, 1500 years ago) who also claimed that touching your hair, rolling your eyes and shaking your head would improve your health too. Interesting, that same thing happened to me too. I kind of always asked my wife to not let me cum. Then on day 14 I felt ready and I felt I could not take it anymore. I asked her to take control... She let me cum a day after after 15 days and there was absolutely no "down" for me. Mind you I was different then with 15 days pent up demand but I was still horny and no wear near down or depressed. So for me the "guide" might just work. I am 39.

I go a minimum of four weeks between orgasms, often up to eight weeks, and sometimes it could be as much as twelve weeks. I have not had a 'down' after orgasm for a long time (years).

I think that the lack of a 'down' can be at least partially attributed to 'weaker' orgasms, with two possible causes. Obviously, one cause could be a lack of use of the muscles responsible- not being exercised as often causing them to get weaker. The other possible cause (perhaps in combination) could be an experience in pain play more than ten years ago, that went a little too far and resulted in weakening of the muscles.

On the other hand, it could be completely opposite of the above speculation- I have also noticed that I can sometimes 'hold back' to the point where ejaculation occurs without orgasm, basically 'self ruined', which could mean that the muscles are stronger and I have either conditioned myself to not orgasm as before, or I have forgotten how to 'let myself go' and enjoy it [as] completely.

I'm not sure which might be more correct, I don't think that both can be. The only experiment I can think of that might shed some light on the matter would be to engage in a program of frequent stimulation and orgasm and track the results...but it doesn't look like that will be happening any time soon.

For now mine are a LOT more intense so seems the complete opposite. Hope to get an O before Monday so will see how that goes and report back if there was a Post down and how strong it felt....

i said I would report back:

So I got a O. after 15 days (the 15th of Jan) and had zero down afterwards, yes my horniness level went a tad down and my prostate went back to normal size which meant I did not have to go pee every 30 minutes anymore but there was no post orgasm blues :)

Yesterday however I came, due to my KH being to excited riding my dick - there was NO way I was able to avoid it. She did not even notice and continued riding - interestingly enough he did not retract and she had an amazing O. However i was REALLY grumpy this morning and could feel the down. That was 2 days after the last O.

So for me the theory is working at least for now.
Interestingly enough SHE was the one apologizing for having me cum... No punishment nothing... Only fair, as I am not sure how I would have avoided that O.

With my KH deciding that 2016 will be a ORGASM-FREE year, I still have to deal with and get through "blue-balls" ... Post orgasm blues is something I will not be allowed to experience this year....
